1. Snack foods.
Stop eating potato chips, popcorn,
candy, ice cream, cakes, etc. The ingredients in these foods make you want to eat more and therefore, cause
you to gain weight later.
2. Processed foods.
Avoid processed foods because these foods are usually high in sugar, salt,
hydrogenated oils. These ingredients can make you fatter.
3. Regular or diet sodas.
If you replace a 20 oz. bottle of soda with water daily, you would easily
lose up to 35 lbs. in one year.
4. Coffee.
Replace it instead with a more natural fat burner like Green Tea. Coffee
increases stress and stress leads to fat gain. Coffee increases also your
cravings making you to eat more and therefore, causing you to gain fat.
5. Alcoholic drink.
Alcohol is converted by our body into acetate which in turn use up by our
body as a source of energy but if you are consuming too much of the alcohol,
these acetate produced are converted more into fats.
Furthermore, read food labels and avoid anything that has sugar as it’s
main source of carbs. Don’t also be fooled by term “Multigrain” since it’s just
a fancy word for processed carbs. Choose instead “Whole Grain” products.
